Central Santa Cruz County in southeastern Arizona, including Nogales, Rio Rico, Patagonia, Patagonia Lake State Park, Nogales International Airport, and Tumacacori. Impacts Interstate 19 between mile markers 1 and 18 and Route 82 between mile markers 5 and 22.
