Affected Areas
Northern Columbia County, Central Lycoming County, Northern Montour County, Northwestern Northumberland County, Sullivan County, and Northeastern Union County in Pennsylvania. Locations impacted include Williamsport, Milton, Montoursville, Muncy, Watsontown, Hughesville, Montgomery, Duboistown, Lightstreet, New Columbia, Allenwood, and Jerseytown. Also affects Interstate 80 between mile markers 195-214 and 238-240, and Interstate 180 from mile markers 1 to 29.
