Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued by NWS Aberdeen SD. Effective from 8:31 PM CDT to 9:15 PM CDT on June 9, 2026.

Affected Areas

Southwestern Stanley County and western Hughes County in central South Dakota. Locations impacted include Chantier Creek Recreation Area. Storm was located 9 miles east of Hayes or 21 miles west of Fort Pierre at 8:30 PM CDT.
