Southeastern Stanton County in southwestern Kansas... * Until 915 PM CDT. * At 836 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 8 miles south of Big Bow to 8 miles south of Rolla, moving northeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Automated Weather Station. At 823 PM CDT, a mesonet weather station recorded a 60 mph wind gust 10 miles north of Elkhart. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Severe thunderstorms will be near... Feterita around 840 PM CDT. Ulysses and Hugoton around 850 PM CDT. Other locations in the path of these severe thunderstorms include Hickok and Moscow.
