Creek County, Osage County, Pawnee County, Rogers County, Tulsa County, and Washington County in northeastern Oklahoma. Locations in or near the path include Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Sand Springs, Owasso, Bixby, Sapulpa, Jenks, Glenpool, Skiatook, Catoosa, Collinsville, Mannford, Kiefer, Sperry, Mounds, Kellyville, Ramona, Avant, Westport, and Vera. Includes Interstate 44 between mile markers 195 and 233.
