Southeastern Tangipahoa Parish in southeastern Louisiana... * Until 300 PM CDT. * At 221 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Folsom, or 7 miles northwest of Covington, moving southwest at 15 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Hammond, Ponchatoula, Folsom, Robert, Natalbany, and Tickfaw. This includes Interstate 12 between mile markers 41 and 53.
