Northwestern Lyon County in northwestern Iowa. Northern Lincoln County, southeastern McCook County, southern Minnehaha County, and northeastern Turner County in southeastern South Dakota. The storm will be near Parker around 7:50 PM CDT, Wall Lake around 7:55 PM CDT, Ellis, Tea and Hartford around 8:05 PM CDT, and Sioux Falls around 8:10 PM CDT.
