Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued by NWS Louisville KY. Effective from 2026-06-21T23:58:00-04:00 until 2026-06-22T00:45:00-04:00. Severity: Severe. Certainty: Observed. Urgency: Immediate.
Affected Areas
Southeastern Perry County in south central Indiana; Southwestern Meade County in central Kentucky; Central Breckinridge County in central Kentucky. Locations impacted include Brandenburg, Webster, Irvington, Ekron, Guston, Raymond, Mystic, Frymire, Holt, and Rome.

Remain alert for a possible tornado. If you spot a tornado go at once into the basement or small central room in a sturdy structure. Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. Move indoors immediately due to large hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning.
Expected Conditions
At 1158 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles north of Hardinsburg, moving east at 30 mph. Hazards include 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail (1.00 inch). Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees expected.
