Central Penobscot County in east central Maine... * Until 700 PM EDT. * At 609 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Lake View Plantation, or 10 miles northwest of Howland, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind damage to trees and power lines. * Locations impacted include... Howland, Medway, Lake View Plantation, Lincoln, Enfield, Chester, Burlington, Lowell, Medford, Woodville, Maxfield, Seboeis, and Cedar Lake. This includes Interstate 95 between mile markers 218 and 242.
