Panola County, southwestern Tate County, and northeastern Quitman County in northwestern Mississippi. Locations impacted include Senatobia, Batesville, John W Kyle State Park, Sardis, Como, Crenshaw, Sledge, Pope, Pleasant Grove, Curtis Station, Courtland, Askew, Buxton, Asa, Glenville, Sarah, Hayes Crossing, Horatio, Cypress Corner, and Eureka Springs. Includes Interstate 55 between mile markers 234 and 264.
