At 5:07 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from near Ellwood City to over East Liverpool, moving southeast at 25 mph. Hazards include 70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail (1.00 inch). Radar indicated. Considerable thunderstorm damage threat. Impacts include hail damage to vehicles, considerable tree damage, and wind damage to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
