The warning affects Allen County in northeastern Indiana, Southeastern Whitley County in northeastern Indiana, Northeastern Huntington County in northeastern Indiana, Southwestern Paulding County in west central Ohio, and Northwestern Van Wert County in west central Ohio. Specific locations include Fort Wayne, New Haven, Woodburn, Monroeville, Payne, Convoy, Aboite, Middletown, Roanoke, Zanesville, Dixon, Yoder, Edgerton in Allen County, Zulu, Mcgill, Arcola, Rolling Hills, Townley, Lake Everett, and Nine Mile. It also includes Interstate 469 between mile markers 0 and 29, and Interstate 69 in Indiana between mile markers 294 and 314.
