North Central Cochise County in southeastern Arizona. Locations impacted include Willcox, Bowie, Pearce-Sunsites, Cochise and Kansas Settlement. Highways affected: Route 191 between mile markers 51 and 91; Interstate 10 between mile markers 327 and 365; Route 186 between mile markers 327 and 353.
