For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. Move indoors immediately. Hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning are occurring with these storms.
Expected Conditions
At 6:42 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 6 miles east of Mer Rouge to near Swartz, moving east at 30 mph. Hazards include 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
