The warning affects southern Itawamba County and Monroe County in northeastern Mississippi, including locations such as Amory, Aberdeen, Smithville, Tremont, Prairie, New Salem, New Wren, Nettleton, Hatley, Gattman, Quincy, Turon, Wise Gap, Wren, Strong, Muldon, Binford, Sipsey Fork, New Hamilton, and Becker. This includes Interstate 22 in Mississippi between mile markers 110 and 117.
