Affected Areas
East central Harrison County and Jackson County in southern Mississippi. Locations impacted include Biloxi, Pascagoula, Ocean Springs, Moss Point, St. Martin, Escatawpa, Gautier, D'iberville, Wade, Latimer, Big Point, Helena, Hurley, Gulf Hills, Vancleave, Gulf Park Estates, and Hickory Hills. Includes Interstate 10 in Mississippi between mile markers 41 and 76, and Interstate 110 in Mississippi between mile markers 1 and 4.
