Central Hancock County, Southern Piscataquis County, and Southwestern Penobscot County in Maine. Locations impacted include Bangor, Old Town, Ellsworth, Bucksport, Dover-Foxcroft, Dexter, Newport, Blue Hill, Orono, Brewer, Hampden, Hermon, Corinth, Veazie, Dedham, Castine, Kenduskeag, Verona Island, Penobscot Township, and Indian Island.
