Affected Areas
Northeastern Grant County and northwestern Hooker County in west central Nebraska. Locations impacted include Hyannis, Whitman, Carr Lake, Pratt Lake, Duluth, and Weir. Highways affected: Highway 2 between mile markers 140 and 174; Highway 61 between mile markers 147 and 165.
