Southern Fairfield County in southern Connecticut and northern Westchester County in southeastern New York. The storm was located over Mount Kisco moving east at 40 mph and will be near Stamford and New Canaan around 5:30 PM EDT, Ridgefield and Wilton around 5:35 PM EDT, Weston around 5:40 PM EDT, Norwalk and Westport around 5:45 PM EDT, Fairfield around 5:50 PM EDT, Bridgeport and Trumbull around 5:55 PM EDT, and Stratford around 6:00 PM EDT.
