The storm was located over Mount Kisco moving east at 40 mph and will be near Stamford and New Canaan around 5:30 PM EDT, Ridgefield and Wilton around 5:35 PM EDT, Weston around 5:40 PM EDT, Norwalk and Westport around 5:45 PM EDT, Fairfield around 5:50 PM EDT, Bridgeport and Trumbull around 5:55 PM EDT, and Stratford around 6:00 PM EDT.
