Northern Fairfield County in central Ohio and southern Licking County in central Ohio. Locations impacted include Lancaster, Pickerington, Heath, Pataskala, Baltimore, Buckeye Lake, Hebron, Millersport, Pleasantville, Harbor Hills, Fairfield Beach, Beechwood Trails, Thornport, Etna, Thurston, Kirkersville, Carroll, Rushville, Gratiot, and West Rushville. This includes I-70 in Ohio between mile markers 117 and 142, and near mile marker 144.
