Central Custer County in central Nebraska. Locations impacted include Broken Bow, Merna, Anselmo, Berwyn, Victoria Springs State Recreation Area, Weissert, Westerville, Lillian, and Pressey State Wildlife Management Area. Highways affected: Highway 183 between mile markers 96 and 103; Highway 2 between mile markers 259 and 289; Highway 92 between mile markers 264 and 273.
