Affected Areas
West central Deuel County, northeastern Hamlin County, and southeastern Codington County in northeastern South Dakota.

At 7:55 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Claremont Colony, or near Castlewood, moving northeast at 20 mph. Hazards include 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
