A Severe Thunderstorm Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service in North Platte NE. The alert is effective from August 11 at 6:13 PM MDT until August 11 at 7:15 PM MDT.

The warning covers west central Cherry County in north central Nebraska and northeastern Sheridan County in the Panhandle of Nebraska. Locations impacted include Gordon, Rushville, White Clay, Clinton, Intersection of Highway 87 and Craven Creek Road, Lone Butte, Intersection of Highway 87 and Larabee Road, Highway 27 crossing the Niobrara River, Mount Maria, Rock Hill, Bayonne, Intersection of Highway 27 and Mills Road, and Pine Ridge.
