Locations impacted include Valentine around 12:40 AM CDT, Norden around 1:00 AM CDT, Highway 97 crossing the Niobrara River, Crookston, Sparks, Smith Falls State Park, and Schlagel Creek State Wildlife Management Area. Affected highways include Highway 183 between mile markers 220 and 224, Highway 20 between mile markers 174 and 208, Highway 97 between mile markers 128 and 141, Highway 83 between mile markers 202 and 222, and Highway 12 between mile markers 1 and 35.
