Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued by NWS Great Falls MT. Effective from August 17 at 2:21 PM MDT until August 17 at 3:00 PM MDT. Alert type code: SVR.

East central Lewis and Clark County in west central Montana and southwestern Cascade County in central Montana.
What You Should Do
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
Expected Conditions
At 2:20 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 11 miles northeast of Wolf Creek, or 14 miles southwest of Cascade, moving east at 20 mph. Hazard includes 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail (1.00 inch). Source: Radar indicated.
