Affected Areas
Southern Campbell County and southwestern Weston County in northeastern Wyoming. Locations impacted include Wright, Reno Junction, Hilight Gas Plant, Black Thunder Mine, Coal Creek Mine, NARM Mine North, Cordero Rojo Mine, NARM Mine, Savageton, Pine Tree Junction, Rochelle and Pumpkin Buttes. Includes Interstate 90 in Wyoming between Mile Markers 97 and 109.
