Cambria County (southwestern portion) and Somerset County in central and south central Pennsylvania. Locations impacted include Johnstown, Somerset, Westmont, Windber, Ebensburg, Belmont, Nanty-Glo, Portage, Geistown, Southmont, Berlin, Friedens, Vinco, Boswell, Dale, East Conemaugh, Salix-Beauty Line Park, Davidsville and Central City. This includes The Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 100 and 128.

At 7:01 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from 8 miles west of Belsano to 21 miles northwest of Ursina, moving southeast at 35 mph. Hazards include 70 mph wind gusts and small hail. Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
