Alert Details
A Severe Thunderstorm Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service in Rapid City SD. The alert is effective from August 17 at 7:10 PM MDT until August 17 at 8:15 PM MDT.
Affected Areas
The warning covers southwestern Todd County in south central South Dakota and eastern Bennett County in southwestern South Dakota. Locations impacted include Martin, Spring Creek, Tuthill, Vetal, Harrington, Sunrise Housing, Lacreek Wildlife Refuge, southwestern Rosebud Reservation and southeastern Pine Ridge Reservation.
