Southeastern Arthur County, northeastern Keith County, and southwestern McPherson County in west central and southwestern Nebraska. Locations impacted include Keystone, Kingsley Dam, Big Bald Hill, Bucktail Lake, Bucktail, Nevens, and Broganville. Highways affected: Highway 61 between mile markers 93 and 95; Highway 92 between mile markers 171 and 172, and between mile markers 174 and 180.
