Southwestern Powhatan County in central Virginia... * Until 615 PM EDT. * At 528 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Ballsville to near Jetersville to near Burkeville, moving southeast at 20 mph. In addition, there is a storm out ahead of the line near Chula. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and powerlines. * Locations impacted include... Mannboro, Moseley, Amelia Courthouse, Chester, Jetersville, Wilsons, Tobaccoville, Morven, Scotts Fork, Macon, Chula, Spainville, Ballsville, Sutherland, Chesterfield Court House, Bellwood, Matoaca, Chesterfield, North Wellville, and Earls.
