The warning affects Adams County in west central Illinois and Lewis County in northeastern Missouri. Specific locations include La Belle, Lewistown, Steffenville, Monticello, Ewing, Canton, Meyer, Maywood, Lima, La Grange, Quincy, Woodville, Ursa, Loraine, Mendon, and Fowler. It also includes Wakonda State Park and Interstate 172 between exits 15 and 19.
