A Red Flag Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service in Pueblo CO. The alert is in effect from 10 AM to 9 PM MDT Sunday, May 17, 2026. A separate Red Flag Warning remains in effect until 8 PM MDT Saturday, May 16, 2026.

Fire Weather Zones 230, 233 and 237, including Western Las Animas County (Trinidad and Thatcher), Eastern Las Animas County (Pinon Canyon), and Baca County (Springfield and Eastern Comanche Grasslands).
