Minor flooding is forecast. At 15.3 feet, extensive flooding of agricultural lands occurs, Blue Bluff and Paragon Roads are impassable, and flood waters affect a few homes in Waverly. Rainfall amounts of one to three inches are expected tonight, with locally higher amounts possible.

The river is expected to rise above flood stage late Friday evening, crest at 14.3 feet early Sunday morning, and fall below flood stage Tuesday morning. Flood stage is 12.0 feet. At 12:00 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 6.7 feet.
