Expected Conditions

Minor flooding is forecast. Rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 4 inches across much of the area is bringing minor lowland flooding. The river is expected to rise above flood stage Saturday evening to a crest of 17.5 feet Sunday evening. Flood stage is 16.0 feet. At 17.5 feet, flood water is near or starting on Pottsville Road and low bottomlands are increasingly affected.
