Minor flooding is forecast. The river stage is currently at 11.1 feet and is expected to rise above the flood stage of 13.0 feet to a crest of 13.2 feet on Thursday afternoon, then fall below flood stage on Friday night. This will affect low-lying sections of Freeport east of the Pecatonica River.
