Urban areas and small streams flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. At 6:02 PM CDT, trained weather spotters reported 1 foot of moving water over Highway 143 just west of Marine, IL. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
