Flood Warning issued by NWS Corpus Christi TX. Effective from May 27 at 8:02 AM CDT until May 27 at 9:30 AM CDT. Replaces Flash Flood Warning. Severity: Severe. Certainty: Likely.
Affected Areas
Aransas County, Southeastern Bee County, Northeastern Jim Wells County, Northeastern Kleberg County, Southeastern Live Oak County, Nueces County, Southwestern Refugio County, San Patricio County, and Southern Calhoun County in south central Texas.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
Expected Conditions
Urban areas and small streams flooding caused by excessive rainfall. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen with additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch possible. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
