Minor flooding is occurring and forecast. At 11:15 PM EDT the stage was 16.3 feet. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.1 feet just after midnight tonight. Flood stage is 16.0 feet. At 17.0 feet, some areas of Licking View Drive near Livingston Court are flooded, and the soccer and baseball fields of Hobak Park are also flooded.
