Flood Warning issued by NWS Springfield MO. Effective from June 8 at 9:08 AM CDT until June 8 at 3:00 PM CDT.

Portions of central and southwest Missouri, including Barton, Cedar, Dade, Hickory, Jasper and Polk counties.

Expected Conditions
Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. At 9:08 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen, with additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch possible. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
