The warning covers Andrew, Atchison, Gentry, Harrison, Holt, Nodaway and Worth counties in northwestern Missouri. Flooding caused by earlier excessive rainfall is ongoing. Between 1 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen across northern Missouri during the past 24 hours. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. No additional rainfall is expected.
