Minor flooding is forecast. At 16.0 feet, minor flooding occurs at the gage site and the campground at Caplinger Mills floods. At 1:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 12.7 feet. The river will rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to 17.1 feet tomorrow morning.
