The campground at Caplinger Mills floods. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 12.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will fall to 11.2 feet this evening. It will then rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to 17.1 feet tomorrow morning. It will fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning to 10.6 feet Sunday morning. It will then rise to 12.6 feet early Sunday afternoon.
