A Flood Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service Topeka KS. The alert is effective from June 10 at 8:29 PM CDT until June 10 at 11:30 PM CDT.
Affected Areas
The warning covers Pottawatomie County and Wabaunsee County in Kansas. Specific locations that will experience flooding include Northeastern Manhattan, Wamego, Westmoreland, Blaine, St. Marys, Onaga, St. George, Olsburg, Belvue, Emmett, Louisville, Wheaton and Tuttle Creek Lake.

Expected Conditions
Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
