Pickaway County, Ohio, specifically the Scioto River at Circleville. Impacts include low-lying areas north of Circleville near Little Walnut, the intersection of Canal Road and State Route 104, Island Road north of Circleville, and minor backwater flooding along Big Darby Creek near Circleville.
