Flood Warning issued by NWS Mobile AL on June 21 at 10:06AM CDT, effective immediately until June 22 at 7:32AM CDT. The alert is classified as Severe with observed certainty and immediate urgency.

What You Should Do

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas.

Expected Conditions

Minor flooding is occurring and forecast. At 9:00 AM CDT Sunday the river stage was 15.4 feet. Flood stage is 13.0 feet. At 14.0 feet, water begins to flood bridge roadway and Florida side of bridge.

Timeline

Effective from June 21 at 10:06AM CDT. The river is expected to fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight and continue falling to 7.2 feet Friday morning. Alert ends June 22 at 7:32AM CDT.
