Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. At 11:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 28.1 feet. Flood stage is 28.0 feet. At 28.0 feet, cattle grazing land downstream of highway 45 on the left side begins to flood. The river is near crest.
