Flood Warning issued by NWS Mount Holly NJ. Effective from August 3 at 1:20 PM EDT until August 3 at 3:15 PM EDT. Severity: Severe. Certainty: Likely. Urgency: Expected.
Affected Areas
Portions of New Jersey including Burlington, Camden and Mercer counties and southeast Pennsylvania including Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties. Locations that may experience flooding include Philadelphia, Trenton, Camden, Bensalem, Ewing, Norristown, Yeadon, Burlington, Bristol, Conshohocken, Palmyra and Hatboro.

Expected Conditions
Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. At 1:12 PM EDT, reports of minor street flooding have occurred across the I-95 urban corridor from rainfall generally less than one half an inch resulting from several waves with no ability for runoff to drain. Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen across the storm total for today. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible.
