Moderate flooding is forecast. At 2:00 AM CDT the stage was 11.45 feet and rising. The river is expected to rise above flood stage (17.0 feet) late this afternoon to a crest of 20.4 feet tomorrow morning, then fall below flood stage tomorrow afternoon.
