Flood Warning issued by NWS Norman OK. Effective from June 19 at 11:17 AM CDT until June 19 at 1:00 PM CDT. Replaces previous Flash Flood Warning. Severity: Severe.

Affected Areas

Murray County in southern Oklahoma, including Turner Falls. Streams and drainages affected include Honey Creek and Falls Creek.

What You Should Do

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.

Expected Conditions

Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen, with additional rainfall amounts up to 0.2 inches possible.
