Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. At 11:57 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms with 1.5 to 3.5 inches of rain having fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.
