Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. At 10:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 23.0 feet. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.2 feet this afternoon. Flood stage is 22.0 feet. At 23.5 feet, agricultural land near the river begins to flood.
